Move-in cleaning services

Book it after the previous occupant has left and before your furniture arrives, so we can reach every surface.
Move-out cleaning services
After your belongings are gone, we clean the property for handover, whether you are returning keys to a landlord, preparing to sell or leaving the home for the next occupant. It is also known as end-of-tenancy cleaning.
Book it once the property is empty, so cleaners can reach cabinets, floors and corners that are normally blocked.

Yes. Basement cleaning can be part of a move-in or move-out deep clean, and is charged hourly based on the time required.
Will professional cleaning guarantee my deposit back?
No. Cleaning helps you leave the unit in good condition, but we cannot guarantee the return of a security or key deposit based on cleaning alone.
Do you remove garbage and junk?
We remove ordinary waste from the cleaning process and small debris within scope. Extensive waste or junk removal is not included as standard.
